#Rehearse it out: One of the golden pre-requisites for a successful performance in a drama
is “rehearsal”. The same analogy can be applied even here. It is always good to arrange for a
pre-wedding photo shoot with the photographer so as to understand how he works with you.
This would put things in place and would enable you to pose with greater confidence
#Stay comfortable in your poses: Try to make yourself as much comfortable as possible in
every pose your photographer suggests you. Take your time for this. Your comfort levels will
be directly reflected in the photographs. So giving a pose in haste may ruin the quality of the
photographs.
#Try to stay natural: Make your smile, facial expressions, eyes and poses look natural. Do not try
to make it flat. Slightly tilting your head or putting one of your hands on some furniture next to
you can make it look natural.
#Do not Slouch: Tuck in your stomach and stand tall. It would be awkward to look at a women
slouching in her bridal attire. So keep this in mind amidst your natural poses. Slouching would
portray a “lesser confident you”.
Express Chemistry: Whenever you are posing along with your soul-mate, make it a point to
bring out the chemistry between both of you. A photograph in your wedding album with some
hesitant gap can appear odd when you look at it a few years later.
